Out Reach	Continue “Missing Peace” series to include “Finding and Restoring Peace”	Paul met with Jen Yearwood to discuss continuing series. Possible dates for next seminar would be November 2008.	Paul Friedrich
Communications	Parish Communications Coordinator	Dave McAfee hired as new Parish Communications Coordinator 1/July/2008. Initial efforts include developing new format for parish bulletin, expanding and updating website, continuing displays for video stream.	Father Andrew
Outreach	Growing in Faith Together (GIFT) Fall Seminar	The Presentation GIFT group will host Deacon Red Cheever on September 30^th, October 7^th and October 14^th for a series exploring the Holy Trinity.	Paul Friedrich
Liturgy	Changing Time for Saturday 5:30pm mass	Survey results from April 24^th showed that responses were equally divided into all three categories (No Change, Move mass to 5:00pm, Move mass to 4:30pm). Results will be addressed at Liturgy Board Meeting in September.	Gene Trinca
Parish Council	Recruiting New Members	5 council members Sonnie Cooper, Ken Burt, Jerry Scott, Jan Frazier and Jerry Slinkard have terms that expire July 2008. Each returning member will think of possible replacements and develop a list for Father at August meeting.	All
