Learn about the Church's Teaching on Marriage

The procreative union of life and love of a man and a woman is under fire, and we may have difficulty understanding or explaining its "rationale", especially in a hostile environment.  Therefore, this class will read through a defense of marriage, not from a religious perspective, but a philosophical one, in hopes that we would see the wisdom of the Church's teaching and be able to convey that, even to those who do not share our faith.

This class will meet once a month, in the evening at 6:30pm on the first Thursday of each month.  This course will be taught by Kimberly Murin.

The book being used for discussion is What is Marriage?  Man and Woman: A Defense by Sherif Girgis, Ryan Anderson and Robert P. George.  One chapter will be discussed per month.  Please purchase this book if you will be taking the course.
