Bonnie Engstrom, the mother behind the miracle leading to Ven. Archbishop Fulton Sheen’s upcoming beatification, sat down with ChurchPOP English Editor Jacqueline Burkepile for an exclusive interview.
The mother of eight children explained how her now eight-year-old son James Fulton Engstrom rose from the dead after she and her husband, Travis, asked for Ven. Abp. Fulton Sheen’s intercession.
James was stillborn and without a heartbeat for 61 minutes. He is now a healthy young boy!
The Vatican Congregation for the Causes of Saints approved this miracle on July 6.
